These Terms of Use apply to the game Narde Long and Short Backgammon provided by Dmitrii Golotin / DNK Studio.

Use of the Game

You may use the game for personal entertainment in accordance with these terms and the rules of the platform where the game is distributed. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or misuse the game or its content.

Accounts and Progress

The game may save progress, virtual currency, purchases, statistics, and online game results. You are responsible for keeping your device and account secure.

Virtual Items and In-App Purchases

The game may offer virtual items, coins, VIP status, ad removal, and other digital content. Purchases are processed by the app store or platform payment provider. Virtual items have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real money.

Subscriptions

If the game offers auto-renewable subscriptions, the subscription title, duration, price, and renewal terms are shown in the purchase flow before confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account after confirmation of purchase.

Advertising and Rewards

The game may show advertisements. Rewarded advertising may grant in-game rewards only after successful completion and confirmation by the advertising provider.

Online Play

Online play depends on network availability and server operation. We may take measures against cheating, abuse, automated activity, or behavior that harms other players or the service.

Availability and Changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the game at any time. We try to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Limitation of Liability

The game is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost progress caused by external factors, network failures, platform issues, or unauthorized account access.
